5. multicultural literature teacher
6. culinary arts
7. horticulture-work in a green house
8. child psychologist
9. nutritionist....... this is my favorite one so far:)

ReplyDeleteDolores - this is Heidi. I am the head of youth services for the Houston Public Library system and I think you should become a children's librarian! You can combine so much of your skill and talent! Children's librarians have to connect children with literature, inspire a love of reading, instill pre-literacy skills, listen to their issues as they get older, help them navigate the waters in a way a teacher or parent doesn't...and of course you get to do cool art projects with them and use all of your creativity. And multi-cultural children's literature is huge right now. I LOVE exposing my babies to other worlds and people through their books. You should do it. I am personally recruiting you.
