3 Good Things A Day

1. Ran all the way to the end of the street and back and burned tons of energy off today.....some good energy, some anxious energy, some angry energy. I think it is VERY important to exercize daily, no matter how you fit it into your schedule, no matter what type of exercise it is!

2. I took my niece and nephew to 2 parks in a 1 hour period yesterday. We collected beautiful fall leaves and fall nature items. Ran through the park admiring the gorgeous fall colors changing. Later at home, I showed them...and they showed me how to be creative in making our very own leaf wax crayon art window collages. We all enjoyed this creative little fall activity very much.I learned from them how to be patient and be able to let go when they take the lead on using their own ideas and creative energies. I truly LOVE being a part of their childhoods, and inspiring a love of art, dance, and yoga into their lives.

3. Again, spent some very quality time with my niece and nephew, Sophia and Isaac II, as we went to the movies with their dad and watched "Ramona and Beezus." Absolutley great kids movie and made me cry because it inspired me to beleive in my dreams that have to do with being an art teacher.  Spending time with your loved ones is PARAMOUNT to real  HAPPINESS in life. I am blessed to be around children, love, art, and the creative spirit.
